There are no sufficient evidence from clinical trials for the use of sildenafil in presented case.

In current literature there are no data for beneficial influence of sildenafil in presented clinical situation.

CONCLUSIONS

1. Psychological care indicated.
2. Cardiostimulator device implantation does not seem appropriate at the moment, further observation of the patient indicated.
3. Administration of sildenafil is not indicated – lack of evidence from clinical trials.
