This project is focused on establishing a new European community for diagnostic and treatment methods of patients with rare cardiovascular diseases. John Paul II Hospital in Cracow (Poland) with European and national partners and a great number of experts from many countries are working together within the subject matter of this project. Rare cardiovascular diseases occuring in less than 5/10000 people, are life threatening or signifficantly decreasing quality of life of these patients and there has to be great effort and engagement undertaken for successful treatment. Case presentations, experts meetings and easy access to all these information is the mission of this community.
